With a clear understanding of your Vision, our team of creative experts starts developing the Concept. This phase takes from 1 month to 12 months depending on the scale and timeline. We will use our expertise in design, decor, and event planning to create a cohesive and visually stunning look for your special event.

We present the finalized Concept and work with you to make any necessary revisions. Your final concept includes all essential  information needed to begin planning the look of your envisioned event:

Service 2 - Booking

Once the Concept is finalized, we advance to the dynamic phase of planning, scheduling and booking. ​We oversee the booking-related activities to facilitate a seamless execution of the event and ensure an enjoyable experience for you. Our Booking Process includes the following steps:

Vendor Schedule

The finalized vendor schedule serves as an important tool to verify that all vendor arrangements are synchronized and executed efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the event.

Service 3 - Event Coordination

As the event date approaches, our team orchestrates all elements to align seamlessly for your special day. We continuously oversee the event's progress, making necessary adjustments to fulfill your expectations and objectives. Our Event Coordination Process includes

Revised Vendor Schedules

We update the existing Vendor Schedule with additional details, highlighting important milestones and vendor-related activities.

Event Schedule

We provide a detailed event schedule that outlines the sequence of activities, including start and end times, along with any special arrangements or requirements. Our team ensures that the schedule is practical and feasible, giving you a clear understanding of how the day will proceed.​

Venue Coordination

We collaborate with venue management to discuss technical needs, setup preferences, and any special arrangements required.

Vendor Coordination

We work closely with suppliers and vendors to confirm that rental, equipment and services align with the event's specifications and are delivered punctually. We act as the primary point of contact for your vendors, providing instructions on load-in, set up, break down, and load-out.​

Event Schedule Oversight on the Day of

After the Event
